Vouchers are thanks to a generous grant from the Eugene and Marlaina Johnston Charitable Foundation
Please fill out a form for each dog or cat you need spayed/neutered.
There is a limit of 5 vouchers per household per year.
Vouchers are only usable at S/Nipped or FOCCAS sponsored spay/neuter clinics.
DO NOT CALL S/NIPPED - we will contact you to schedule your appointment.
S/Nipped has moved to Coquille.
290 N. Central Blvd, Coquille.
They are now inside the Myrtle Vet Hospital - around the back of the building.
The new drop off time is 8:30 am.
S/Nipped will no longer be spaying/neutering any animals older than 5 years or cryptorchid (only 1 testicle dropped) male cats/dogs.
For PERSONAL pets only. (Have ferals? see below)
Vouchers are not transferrable.
The voucher discount covers about 40-60 percent off the S/Nipped price.
